It was a cool and cloudy morning as we gathered at our favorite spot and got ready to roll out to Ft. McAllister State Park in Richmond Hill, Georgia for the annual Cars & Coffee....& Lunch. A few members of Beaufort Classic Car and Truck joined up with us. More is always better! Not to mention the increased attention when you have a line of classic cars rolling down the road together.
The traffic was light and we made good time on the 62 mile journey to the park with Bryon leading the way.
The grounds were a beautiful place to hold an event. Those who registered- for free no less- had the admission fee to the park waived and received free pizza for lunch. In the car world there is still such a thing as free lunch!
Over 100 cars pre-registered and about 150 showed up. You were sure to see something you like, of course we were looking for more foxbodies. We found a nice red GT pulling in and talked to him before he even got a chance to park. Grabbed some great pictures of the mustangs, as well as a few others that caught my eye. Scroll down to enjoy the eye candy.
